Project background:

The ground network of the traditional meteorological information system is built earlier, and the equipment performance is not good enough, the line speed is low, and the time is prolonged. It is difficult to meet the comprehensive data transmission requirements of automatic stations, sandstorms, radar etc.Satellite network coverage is small, low speed, and small stations can not directly communicate with each other, which limits the network function.

Project Requirements

The Meteorological information processing program is used to process and analyze the meteorological data collected by the meteorological observation stations, so as to forecast short-term rainfall and mid-term precipitation, and submit data to the flood control office through the flood control system, so as to provide reliable decision support for flood forecast and flood control. So the security, reliability and timeliness of meteorological information data transmission is very critical

Our Solution

Meteorological stations are scattered and deployed in unattended mode. Toputel's uses broadband IP (DDN dedicated line) +3G/4G/5G wireless network technology to ensure network interconnection and interoperability, to provide bandwidth assurance with certain QOS. Toputel's 4G wireless industrial router/gateway is used to access meteorological networks. collecting local meteorological data from eacn station and automatically send them to the Meteorological Bureau Center. The remote wireless data transmission is realized.The Meteorological Bureau Center will carry out meteorological analysis according to the returned data, to make regional weather warning and meteorological disaster prevention.
